GUEST RENTAL CONTRACT
Rates:
Rates are quoted on a per night, per week, or per month basis. Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM. Should there be any additional guests not registered, additional charges will be charged to the credit card on file. All rates are subject to change without notification. Reservations that have been paid in full or with a paid deposit will be honored. Rates do not include cleaning or taxes, damages to rugs, furniture, missing items or moved furniture. Please do not move the furniture. 12.42% Hawaii tax and cleaning fee will be added to all rentals.
Reservations & Payments:
A deposit of $200.00 is required at time of reservation. The remainder of payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date and confirms your reservation. No grace period is anticipated. Make checks payable to: Molokai Land and Homes LLC. Mailing address is PO Box 67, Maunaloa, Hawaii 96770
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellation of a reservation within 60 days of arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit or payment. Cancellation prior to 60 days of your arrival date will result in a $30.00 cancellation fee plus .04% credit card processing fee.
Property Condition:
Property shall be left in the same condition upon departure as at check in. The credit card on file will be charged for any missing, damaged or moved furniture. Guests agree to notify rental agent of any damage or fire immediately. Missing door and pool keys will be charged $25.00 for each missing key plus a locksmith service call of $75.00. Place the door key back in the lock box and leave the pool key on the hook. Guests must abide by the House Rules. There is a set in the unit for your review. Please familiarize yourself with the house rules. All units are No Smoking and No Pets. In the event of a sale of the unit, Molokai Land and Homes will make every attempt to relocate your reservation to another comparable unit. Specific unit numbers are not guaranteed.
Security Deposit:
Credit card number is kept on file to protect against any damages, losses or extraordinary cleaning. Any unit that has been smoked in is subject to $250.00 carpet and deep cleaning fee. Deposits paid by check will be refunded within 14 days of departure less any damages, losses or extraordinary cleaning. Credit Cards will be held on file for 30 days after departure for any missing or damaged items or any extra cleaning or trash disposal.
Liability:
Guests agree to hold harmless Owners, Molokai Land and Homes and its Agents from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from the Guest or Guest's family or invitees. Owner is not liable for any loss or damage to Guests' property or possessions.
Acknowledgment:
I/we, the undersigned, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this rental agreement, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement. I/we further understand that I/we are executing this application on behalf of all parties named on the guest listed below.
This is the entire Agreement between the parties and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and the USA.
THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT AND SHOULD BE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.
